Mingin! Another 4x4 in the bag.
What changed this week? Done this without beta-alenine, sodium bicarbonate and creatine pre exercise. It was also 2 hours later into the night than previously.
Did not enjoy this compared to tge previous week but I got it done. Power output was significantly less. Could be fatigue accumulation ir a number of variables.
Next time I'll see how i perform and reintroduce the supplements see how I fare.
