I was scrolling through Instagram the other day and came across this picture. It stopped me in my tracks. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month.
If you have lost a baby or infant and are struggling with loss, the emotional rollercoaster of emotions, not knowing how to cope, anger, asking why God constantly, living in complete fear to be around anyome pregnant, making up excuses not to go to people's baby showers, hearing a baby cry and stopping to listen, opening the mailbox and finding coupons and bawling....YOU are NOT alone. Every single one of us mommas that have been through pregnancy or infant loss have had or continue to have these emotions. It is completely ok to have whatever emotions you need to and let them out.
If you ever need someone to talk to that has been through a miscarriage before, please don't bottle it up. Reach out to me. I am no expert but I can listen and pray for you!
