So my boys are obsessed with CrossFit and we were watching all the CrossFit athletes do it the night before and since they had school off today we decided to do it! I'm not going to lie they make it look easy so I went with the prescribed weight for women which is 65lbs and I'm most definitely not a CrossFit athlete. 😂🤣😂🤣 For the people that don't know it's 10 rounds of 10 reps of Muscle snatch and 10 reps of burpees.
Both my boys were able to finish before me. My Emmitt blew it out of the water and finished at 13 min and 6 seconds. Unfortunately my phone died and didn't get Kaysen also kicking my ass. He got 14 min and 15 sec. It took me 28 min and 48 seconds 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Im still proud of the fact that I kept the weight and finished it doing the muscle snatch the entire time without switching to the clean and jerk. My boys said I should have named my new Instagram "Slothfit". 😂😂
All I know is that I enjoyed myself and had a blast watching them kick my ass. They killed it. It's definitely fun to do it together and I'm super excited that they can enjoy my passion with me. I just need to get my endurance back up so I can beat them next time. haha. .
